You and Kingston Apps submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts and federal courts located within Atlanta, Georgia for resolution of any lawsuit or court proceeding permitted under these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date of these Terms and posting it on the Site.
